Golden Glovers Position Summary:
The Arizona Diamondbacks are actively recruiting friendly, passionate baseball fans to serve as Banner Health Golden Glovers for the 2026 season. Golden Glovers are responsible for creating memorable experiences for fans while maintaining the pace of play during the game.
Golden Glovers Responsibilities:
- Assist in retrieving foul balls and assist with the removal of any objects thrown onto the field
- Retrieving jackets from bullpens and returning them to the dugout during inning breaks or pitching changes
- Initiate conversations and create memorable experiences for fans seated near you
- Remain focused on the game during active play even with the 40,000+ fans at Chase Field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to procedures and policies relating to confidentiality and professionalism around high-profile individuals
Golden Glovers Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must have a High School Diploma of equivalent education
- Must be able to catch, and field foul balls
- Must have a working knowledge of Major League Baseball Rules of Play
- Available for at least 70% of Arizona Diamondbacks home games
- Strong communication skills
