Job description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform opening and closing duties as directed by the manager or supervisor.
- Keep food and beverage items stocked in Skysuites and Skysuite Concessions.
- Deliver food and beverage items from the concourse to guests in the suites.
- Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions pertaining to food allergies and sensitivities.
- Keep Skysuite Concessions clean and organized, sweep/mop as necessary.
- Assist in running food from Skysuite Kitchen to the suites.
- Assist in keeping Skysuite Kitchen clean and organized, wash dishes as necessary.
- Assist servers in setting up and cleaning suites.
- Assist other concession staff in their duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to provide excellent guest service.
- Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and deliver orders.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous food and beverage experience is an asset.
- Smart Serve certification is required (must be 18+).
- Food Handler’s certification is an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times throughout shift.
- Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 30 pounds.
- May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
