Job description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure guest satisfaction through the highest standards of customer service, anticipating the needs of guests and exceeding their expectations.
- Greet guests as they arrive on the suite level, checking their tickets, and directing them to their suite.
- Help guests with their inquiries or needs, deferring to the correct people when needed.
- Assist in restocking suites as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.
- Friendly and professional attitude at all times.
- Smart Serve certification is required (must be 18+).
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to remain standing for the majority of shift.
- Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 30 pounds.
