Job description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide premium level quick service carrying trays of alcoholic beverages (beer and coolers) throughout the stands.
- Offer up-beat, energetic sales to guests; encourage upsells.
- Be familiar with drink choices, so as to answer questions and make suggestions.
- Follow all proper alcohol service standards including asking for ID (when necessary), maximum quantities of service, and safe alcohol service.
- Calculate order totals mentally and process payments accurately.
- Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance cashout at end of shift.
- Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a positive and bubbly attitude.
- Strong mental math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
- Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.
- Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience.
- Smart Serve certification is required (must be 18+).
- Bilingualism is an asset.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to remain standing and climb stairs for the entire duration of shift.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds for long periods of time.
