The Milwaukee Milkmen are looking for passionate and detail oriented individuals for their Production Team. This team is comprised of camera operators, video board operators, and broadcast producers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced live sports environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate the TrackMan system for all home games and select practices, ensuring accurate and complete data capture.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during games and practices.
- Upload, verify, and organize TrackMan data following each event.
- Collaborate closely with the Milkmen coaching staff to review and interpret TrackMan and video data.
- Present video and performance breakdowns to players, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating scouting reports for upcoming opponents and player acquisitions.
- Maintain a detailed log of technical or data-related issues and communicate with TrackMan Support as needed.
- Support Baseball Operations with other data, video, or scouting projects throughout the season.
- Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of baseball rules, strategy, and player evaluation.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfortable operating technology, video systems, and baseball tracking platforms (TrackMan, Synergy, Rapsodo, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with coaches and players in a professional environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
