Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the ticket sales team with database management, lead generation, and outreach to fans and local businesses.
- Support the sponsorship department by helping organize contracts, activation plans, and partner deliverables.
- Assist in planning and executing sponsorship renewals and new business presentations.
- Help organize and restock team merchandise, assist with online orders, inventory tracking, and offseason store management.
- Assist with community events and mascot appearances.
- Participate in community outreach and promotional event planning for the upcoming season.
- Support front office staff with daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, mailings, filing, and organization.
- Assist with preparation for game day operations and marketing campaigns leading into the season.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM or ticketing software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Available to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings or weekend events.
