Operations Intern 
Summer 2026 | Full-Time Paid Internship | Lake Country DockHounds Baseball 

The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking an Operations Intern for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI. 

This internship offers hands-on experience in stadium operations, facilities management, and game day logistics. You’ll help ensure the ballpark is safe, clean, and ready for fans, while gaining a strong understanding of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a professional sports franchise running smoothly. 

Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Maintain field, bullpens, batting cages, and other ballpark locations. 
  • Work with food and beverage staff to support cleanliness at all points of sale. 
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the ballpark after each home game and event. 
  • Collaborate with other interns to execute schedules for maintaining concourses, bathrooms, and other public areas. 
  • Organize and maintain all storage locations at the ballpark. 
  • Assist in ballpark preparation and enhancement prior to opening day (painting, signage, group areas, etc.). 
  • Support field rentals and other event setups throughout the season. 
  • Identify and implement improvements to ballpark facilities as a proactive, self-starting team member. 
  • Report directly to the Stadium Operations Manager and General Manager. 
  • Assist other departments as needed. 

Internship Details
 
  • Schedule: Mid-April–Mid-September 2026 (includes office hours, 50 home games, and community events such as concerts and festivals). 
  • Compensation: Up to $3,000 for the summer. 
  • Location: Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI. 
  • Focus: Gain hands-on experience in stadium operations, facilities management, and event execution within a professional sports environment.
