The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Ticket Sales Intern for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI.
This internship provides hands-on experience in ticket sales, customer service, and fan engagement. You’ll assist in selling group tickets, operating the box office, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and fans while supporting the overall fan experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage merchandise inventory throughout the season
- Track stock levels and proactively notify leadership when items are low
- Assist with reordering merchandise as needed
- Analyze sales data to identify top-selling and underperforming items
- Provide recommendations on reorders and future product selections
- Assist in game-day merchandise operations when needed
- Maintain organized stockroom and inventory systems
- Help prepare end-of-season sales reports and recommendations for 2027
Internship Details
- Schedule: Mid-April–Mid-September 2026 (including office hours, 50 home games, and community events such as concerts and festivals).
- Compensation: Up to $3,000 for the summer plus the opportunity to earn commission.
- Location: Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI.
- Focus: Gain hands-on experience in ticket sales, box office operations, and fan engagement within a professional sports setting.
