The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Live Production / Broadcast Intern for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI.
This internship provides hands-on experience in video production, live event broadcasting, and in-stadium entertainment. You’ll work with the technical and entertainment teams to produce live game content and digital media for fans in the ballpark and online.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Press Box with uploading content and supporting production needs for in-stadium and broadcast video.
- Operate or assist in operating Daktronics Video Board, Tricaster, and 3Play systems.
- Assist or operate on-field cameras during games and events.
- Support the Director of Entertainment & Fan Experience with pregame production meetings.
- Help with show calling and execution of live production elements during games.
- Relay messages between the technical director and in-stadium crew.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain video production equipment.
- Work effectively under pressure during live sporting and entertainment events.
- Assist other departments with production-related tasks as needed.
Internship Details
- Schedule: Mid-April–Mid-September 2026 (includes office hours, 50 home games, and community events such as concerts and festivals).
- Compensation: Up to $1,500 for the summer.
- Location: Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI.
- Focus: Gain hands-on experience in live sports production, video broadcasting, and technical event management.
