The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Ticket Sales Intern for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI.
This internship provides hands-on experience in ticket sales, customer service, and fan engagement. You’ll assist in selling group tickets, operating the box office, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and fans while supporting the overall fan experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full menu selling of group tickets.
- Maintain and operate the Box Office during home games and special events.
- Operate the ticketing system (tickets.com) for sales and account management.
- Develop professional relationships with corporate partners, fans, and ticket holders.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all accounts.
- Assist with cash management on game days.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and closed sales.
- Manage and coordinate ticket sales for all stadium entertainment events.
- Assist other departments with ticketing or sales-related tasks as needed.
Internship Details
- Schedule: Mid-April–Mid-September 2026 (including office hours, 50 home games, and community events such as concerts and festivals).
- Compensation: Up to $1,500 for the summer plus the opportunity to earn commission.
- Location: Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI.
- Focus: Gain hands-on experience in ticket sales, box office operations, and fan engagement within a professional sports setting.
