The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Corporate Partnership Intern for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI.
This internship offers valuable experience in sports business operations and partnership management. You’ll work directly with the Corporate Sales team to activate, fulfill, and track sponsor relationships, all while gaining insight into the behind-the-scenes business side of professional sports.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Corporate Sales Manager to execute all sponsorship activations.
- Assist with partnership fulfillment by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and communication between partners and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate partner documentation, including updating contact information, tracking activation activity, and capturing photos.
- Support the creation of annual proof of performance/recap reports for assigned partners.
- Contribute to the sales process by generating ideas, assisting with proposal development, and participating in meetings with prospective partners.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to support overall team operations and events.
Internship Details
- Schedule: Mid-April–Mid-September 2026 (includes office hours, 50 home games, and additional events at WBC Park such as concerts and festivals).
- Compensation: Up to $3,000 for the summer.
- Location: Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI.
- Focus: Gain real-world experience in sponsorship activation, client relations, and sports sales strategy.
