Job Summary
Supports the daily operations of concession stands by preparing, serving, and selling food and beverages while providing a friendly and positive guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares and serves food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
Greets guests, answers questions, and assists with their needs in a courteous manner.
Understands menu offerings, portion sizes, and pricing.
Maintains cleanliness of concession stands and equipment.
Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
Assists with restocking supplies and maintaining proper inventory levels.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Compensation
Starting at $14.00 per hour, with the potential for a higher rate based on prior experience and qualifications.
