SUMMARY
Concessions are responsible for serving patrons food and beverage products.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  
1.    Greets guests approaching stand.
2.    Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques.
3.    Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines.
4.    Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhering to all venue and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
5.    Expedites all orders for cashiers in a fast-paced environment.
6.    Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory and notifies Concessions Supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
7.    Performs ongoing clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appears of the work area, including equipment.
8.    Performs other duties as assigned.
 
SUMMARY
The Banquet Server is responsible providing food and beverage service to event patrons.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. 
1.    Ability to answer patron questions regarding food and service.
2.    Responds to guests with sensitivity with regard to their needs and requests.
3.    Checks identification on all guests ordering alcohol.
4.    Assures that all food and beverages are served in a timely manner.
5.    Assures that all service ware and equipment is stored clean, sanitary, and organized in the proper locations.
6.    Executes proper and timely set up and complete clean-up of all banquets.
7.    Reports maintenance problems or other problems to the supervisor.
8.    Performs other duties as assigned.
 
SUMMARY
The Bartender is responsible for the proper service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to event patrons.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. 
1.    Receives and fills drink orders from patrons or servers in a fast-paced environment.
2.    Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification and adheres to all venue and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
3.    Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions.
4.    Collects payment from patrons for drinks served and makes correct change.
5.    Completes Daily Bar Sales Report thoroughly and accurately.
6.    Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies.
7.    Maintains work area in a secure, clean and organized manner.
8.    Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock.
9.    Performs opening and closing duties according to procedure.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
