Prepares all hot foods according to preparation sheets given by the lead cooks.
Maintains proper cleanliness of all food preparation areas and equipment.
Applicant should be dependable, flexible with hours, and comfortable with running a register.
Hours will be primarily Monday-Friday 4:30pm-9:00pm. Will include some weekends.
