S.A.F.E. (Security, Athletic Facilities & Events) Management is a specifically tailored guest services, security, crowd management, and parking staffing company that specializes in sports facilities, special event management, and 24/7 facility security.
Description: S.A.F.E. Management is currently looking to hire for a Spring/Summer 2026 intern at Raymond James Stadium. The internship can be used for college credit and will be paid.
Job responsibilities include:
· Event Management (Creating event notes, crew calls, conducting briefings before events, supervising Events).
· Assisting with interview prep, interview scheduling, interviews, data input, and interview communication
· Work in the applicant tracking system through interview to hire date • Assist with verification of employment status
· Training check-in assistance, training knowledge, and training data input
· Knowledge/assistance with the Florida Licensing and upkeep of the roster
· Assisting with small events from scheduling through the actual event date
· Reconciling shift work for payroll accurately
· Shadowing/assisting with the scheduling process for major events
· Collaborate on staff communications for everything from interviews to event notices
· Be knowledgeable and a resource on event days to be able to assist with needs as they arise
with both the client and employees
· On or before event days, help with the organization and distribution of necessary equipment
· On event days, assist with guest ingress and egress to ensure a smooth transition into and out of
all managed facilities
General Description:
S.A.F.E. Management is the primary event staff provider of Raymond James Stadium.
Our interns will work on the following events:
· Buccaneers Home Games
· USF Home Games
· Major Concerts
Minimum Qualifications:
· Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
· Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Goals
· Learn and understand the S.A.F.E. Management philosophy (crowd management with a focus on guest services)
· See the entire hiring process and understand the focus of each step (interview, online training, in-person training)
· Understand the licensing requirements in Florida and be able to assist with answering questions, directing staff to get proper licensing, and upkeep of licensing record-keeping.
· Understand and shadow all the pieces of a major event. Including being able to respond to incidents or Supervisor calls on event days.
· Be able to operate a small event independently from start to finish (schedule, event prep, operate, reconcile)
· Develop into a resource for team members – know their most common questions/ issues, and how to help them solve those problems
Hours
· Start Date: April 2026 or pending on availability
· End Date: end of July 2026 (open for possible extension through the 2026 football season)
· Average of 30 hours per week
· Job Types: Part-time, Internship
· Pay: $15.00/hour
