24/7 Security and Event Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the 24/7 Security and Event Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting both the administrative and operational functions of our security and event management programs across multiple venues and client locations throughout Florida.
Position Summary
The 24/7 Security and Event Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the oversight of physical security operations, coordinating staffing and scheduling, supporting recruitment and training initiatives, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with the execution of major events. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Physical Security Operations
- Assist the Senior Security Manager with the oversight and administration of physical security operations across all S.A.F.E. Management locations.
- Manage and coordinate staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage at all times, including handling time-off requests, shift changes, and call-offs.
- Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training efforts as directed by the Managing Director or Senior Security Manager.
- Maintain and update security training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing professional development for Security Officers.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational performance, address staffing and service issues, communicate company updates, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Perform operational inspections to ensure:
- Professional appearance, hygiene, and uniform compliance.
- Quality service standards are consistently maintained.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), post orders, and training materials are current and properly maintained.
- Worksites are organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
- Complete bi-weekly invoicing for all physical security operations.
- Maintain positive client relationships and respond to operational concerns or site emergencies as they arise, ensuring timely communication with the Managing Director.
Event Operations
- Assist in the planning and execution of major events at EverBank Stadium.
- Serve as the lead S.A.F.E. Management representative for mid-sized events, including those held at Jacksonville Arena, Daily’s Place Amphitheater, and the University of Florida.
- Provide on-site leadership and supervision to event staff, ensuring successful event execution and adherence to company standards.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events, training sessions, interviews, and operational needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to company and personal business communications.
- Assist with general payroll inquiries and administrative support functions.
- Receive, address, and escalate employee questions and concerns as appropriate.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in security operations, event management, staffing coordination, or a related field.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing the time-sensitive demands of live events and security operations.
