S.A.F.E. Management of Georgia has exciting internship opportunities for students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in Sport Management. If you enjoy working on challenging issues focused on event management and thrive on the energy of the Sports and Entertainment Industry, this could be your future! S.A.F.E. Georgia is offering an internship opportunity throughout the upcoming summer semester, where interns will gain hands-on experience supporting operations at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, including 8 FIFA World Cup matches, Atlanta United matches, and numerous summer stadium concerts.

This internship requires a substantial time commitment, including weeknights, weekends, and possible holidays, and provides a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes at some of the largest sporting and entertainment events in Atlanta.

·         Equipment management (radios, body cameras, radio equipment, gate equipment)

·         Overall event operational support

·         Team member support

·         Guest services/ resolution

·         Set-up operations

 

·         Filing (Filing papers, retrieving files)

·         Organizing office storage and equipment

·         Recruitment and Hiring (Interviews, Training, Onboarding)

·         Payroll/ timekeeping support

·         Active employee record keeping

·         Staff check-in & check-out

Internship Start Date: Late April/Early May 2026
 Duration: Through August 2026 (potential for extension)

Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour 

Hours Per Week: 30-50 (Weekends may be included)
