This position reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a key role in supporting both the administrative and operational functions of S.A.F.E. Management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, live-event environment and brings a “team first” mindset to everything they do.

What You’ll Do: 
 
Uphold S.A.F.E. Standards & Culture
•            Ensure all S.A.F.E. standards, policies, training, and mission values are met and exceeded at assigned events
•            Communicate correct information clearly and professionally
•            Promote a professional image for both you and event staff
•            Help create and maintain a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for staff and clients
 
Recruitment & Training
•            Assist with recruitment efforts and learn the full employee onboarding process
•            Manage applicants through the Applicant Tracking System
•            Coordinate and schedule interview sessions
•            Support the execution of New Hire, Returning Staff, and Leadership Trainings
 
Administration & Scheduling
•            Create and schedule events in LASSO
•            Ensure crew calls are submitted accurately and reconciled in the timekeeping system
•            Assist with responding to all office calls and emails within 24 hours
•            Address employee and HR-related concerns in real time
•            Invoice completed events promptly
 
Event Operations
•            Work directly with clients to gather all event details 
•            Prepare and update event-day documentation
•            Monitor event operations and staffing levels to ensure client expectations are met
•            Help resolve day-of-event changes, staffing challenges, or operational issues quickly and professionally
 
Work Schedule
•            General office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
•            Flexibility required for evening and weekend events, trainings, and interviews
 
Qualifications
•            Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant work experience)
•            Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•            Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
•            Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•            Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
•            Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize shifting business needs
•            A collaborative, “team first” attitude
