JOB SUMMARY: The Fan Experience Crew Member will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every fan interaction with our organization is positive, memorable, and exceeds expectations. This position will involve working closely with various departments to coordinate fan engagement initiatives, manage game/event day operations, and implement strategies to enhance the overall fan experience. Our fan experience team is the front force of engagement with our fans. Providing fan-first entertainment to everyone who walks through the gate. Coordinate and implement promotions and activations throughout the concourse. Assist fans with questions, directions, and promotions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Assist with distributing giveaway and sponsorship items at the gates.

  • Participate with the In-game features, some of which require physical activity.

  • Assist with on-field activities including but not limited to parades, ceremonies, and presentations.

  • Assist with the moving of palletized products on the concourse.

  • Clean up and breakdown gate set ups.

  • Assist with the moving of promotional item boxes in the warehouse (up to 50 lbs.)

  • Responsible operating scoreboard equipment.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting broadcast issues as needed for home & road tv and radio broadcast.

  • All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Physical ability to walk, run or stand for extended periods of time, along with navigating through ramps and stairways for up to 5-8 hours.

  • Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, cold, and rain.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner in both appearance and actions in a live event situation and a press/broadcast area.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
