JOB SUMMARY: The Guest Services Crew Member will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional fan experience at every game. These members will be the face of our organization and must provide outstanding customer service and assistance to all patrons attending our events. This role demands a combination of professionalism, enthusiasm for baseball, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled hospitality to our guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Greet, Direct, and Assist fans that arrive at the ballpark.

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and aid with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

  • Provide fans with information about the ballpark, seating charts, restrooms, concessions, promotional items and emergency exit.

  • Scan and validate tickets for entry into the stadium, ensuring adherence to seating assignments and access restrictions.

  • Assist in keeping the ballpark a clean environment, and work with the management staff to resolve any situation which requires attention.

  • Assist clubhouse manager and visiting club house manager with clean ups, dugouts and locker rooms.

  • Monitor crowd flow and assist in managing queues to ensure efficient entry and exit from the stadium.

  • Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.

  • Collaborate with other stadium departments, including concessions, ushers, security, and facilities management, to deliver a seamless guest experience.

  • Assist box office managers with day-to-day operations.

  • Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from season ticket holders, ticket purchasers and guest complaints.

  • Perform efficiently in both indoor and outdoor settings, demonstrating adaptability to diverse weather conditions and situations.

  • Daily cleaning of the clubhouse (locker room, offices, showers, toilets, training room and laundry arears).

  • All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Strong communication skills preferred.

  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

  • Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.

  • Initiative and has a hardworking, positive attitude.

  • Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 6-8 hours.

  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat cold and rain.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
