ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Prepares suite before start of event, ensuring all items are in place and ready for guest arrival and ensures suite remains stocked throughout the event, and continues to serve guests until the event has ended.

• Confirms all items ordered in advance of event by guests are prepared to standard, delivered, and served timely and accurately.

• Delivers the highest quality of guest service at all times while creating a genuine connection with the guests.

• Anticipates guests needs, suggests additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and captures in-suite orders and delivers to kitchen and bar staff as appropriate.

• Ensures all local and company laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol.

• Maintains standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event.

• Obtains signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred.

• Completes all closing tasks before departure.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility or club environment required; previous experience as suite runner preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for set-up, service and clean up of suite.

• Cable of standing and walking for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
