JOB SUMMARY: The Concessions Gameday Intern is responsible for assisting in the the day-to-day concession operations throughout the facility. The intern will be able to experience all aspects of the food and beverage business with a Major League Baseball owned company, REV Entertainment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist in all hospitality areas, with a primary focus on group events and box seats.

• Collaborate with other box seat servers and kitchen and bar staff.

• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned.

• Properly record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.

• Performs transfer of products to and from the warehouse and coolers located within the facility.

• Assists with monthly physical inventory checks.

• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess strong customer service skills and ability to work with other staff members in the facility.

• Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.

• Previous concession or hospitality work is a plus, but not required.

• Must be able to lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift.
