JOB SUMMARY: The Concessions Gameday Intern is responsible for assisting in the the day-to-day concession operations throughout the facility. The intern will be able to experience all aspects of the food and beverage business with a Major League Baseball owned company, REV Entertainment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Assist in all hospitality areas, with a primary focus on group events and box seats.
Collaborate with other box seat servers and kitchen and bar staff.
Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned.
Properly record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
Performs transfer of products to and from the warehouse and coolers located within the facility.
Assists with monthly physical inventory checks.
All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess strong customer service skills and ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.
Previous concession or hospitality work is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift.
