The Cleburne Railroaders are looking for Promotions Inters to join the team! The Promotion Intern plays a key role in creating an energetic, memorable game-day experience. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fun for every fan.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Be available and present for all home games and team events.
Engage with fans before, during, and after games to create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
Serve as a visible and enthusiastic ambassador for the team both in the ballpark and in the community.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth execution of promotions and fan engagement activities.
Bring high energy and a positive attitude to every event, contributing to a memorable fan experience and lasting connections.
Be willing and available to assist with mascot appearances on game days and at outside events, including potentially wearing the mascot costume if needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry.
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work with your hands and in adverse weather conditions.
The ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events.
Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports.
Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
Ability to conduct self professionally both in personal appearance and attitude.
The ability to have fun while performing any task.
Be a leader in customer service.
