The Suite Attendant- Cleburne Concessions provides exceptional in-suite service by preparing suites before events, delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. This position plays a key role in enhancing the suites guests experience and must be personable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event.
Confirms all items ordered in advance of event by guests are prepared to standard, delivered, and served timely and accurately.
Delivers the highest quality of guest service at all times while creating a genuine connection with the guests.
Anticipates guests needs, suggests additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and captures in-suite orders and delivers to kitchen and bar staff as appropriate.
Maintains standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event.
Stocks beverage station(s) when necessary (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc).
Maintains high responsiveness to customer desires and requests.
Maintains a professional and clean appearance.
Communicates with waitstaff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their dining experience.
Obtains signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred during the event.
Completes all closing tasks before departure.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of age and maintain current TABC Certification and Food Handler’s License.
Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Frequent standing, bending, stooping, carrying, walking up and down stairs, sitting, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Exposure to variable temperatures.
May be required to work in narrow spaces.
