The Kane County Cougars are looking for friendly, efficient, and service-driven individuals to join our Strike Zone premium hospitality area as Food & Beverage Service Staff. The Strike Zone offers an upscale game day experience with private seating and direct access to food and beverages. Team members will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a first-class experience during games and special events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their time in the Strike Zone.
Set up food and beverage stations prior to guest arrival.
Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
Clear dishes, cups, and trash throughout service to maintain a clean and comfortable space.
Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area at all times.
Assist with setup and breakdown of the Strike Zone area before and after each event.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and hospitality leads to ensure smooth operations.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.
Outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bending, reaching, and lifting; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Team-oriented, punctual, and detail-focused.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
