JOB SUMMARY: REV Entertainment – a leader in the sports and entertainment industry and the exclusive events company of the Texas Rangers, Globe Life Field, and Choctaw Stadium – is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Marketing & Communications to serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for REV’s growing college baseball properties. This role will focus on executing marketing campaigns, managing cross-department deliverables, and ensuring the successful promotion of REV’s college baseball events across multiple locations. Additionally, the position will support the broader Marketing & Communications team on major events and initiatives throughout the year, as well as REV’s business verticals (Events, Sports Management, and Sports Marketing) as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Serve as the day-to-day project manager for all REV college baseball properties, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal departments and external partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive plans for college baseball tournaments across multiple locations (Arlington, TX; Cleburne, TX; Surprise, AZ; and future properties).
Coordinate with venues, ticketing, sponsorship, game operations, and participating school athletic departments to ensure alignment on promotional assets and initiatives.
Manage project workflows to keep tasks on schedule and stakeholders informed.
Assist in creating marketing and communications materials across digital, print, and on-site channels.
Track budgets and marketing spend associated with college baseball properties.
Support ticket sales efforts through campaign execution, email marketing, and partnership integration.
Provide on-site marketing and communications support at college baseball tournaments and other major REV events and initiatives as needed.
Monitor campaign performance and provide post-event recaps with recommendations for improvement.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–3 years of experience in sports, entertainment, live events, or marketing project coordination.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of college baseball and its fan landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Experience supporting live event marketing campaigns, preferably in sports or entertainment.
Familiarity with ticketing platforms and sales-driven marketing tactics a plus.
Basic skills in graphic design, photo/video editing, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about sports and live event marketing.
