REV Entertainment, the exclusive events company of the Texas Rangers, Globe Life Field, and Choctaw Stadium, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as Office Administrator, servicing REV Entertainment and its properties for a variety of efforts.
This position requires a highly organized individual with a technical skillset and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position is heavily focused on the coordination of various administrative functions for the REV Entertainment executive team, including REV Sports Management and REV Sports Marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Service REV Entertainment executive team, including REV Sports Management and REV Sports Marketing personnel with the coordination of various administrative functions.
Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements and maintains calendars for executive staff.
Assist with any research and preparation of briefing materials for meetings, travel and speaking engagements.
Assist with reservations for both personal and business travel, including transportation and accommodations.
Maintain client files and business contacts for REV Entertainment and its properties.
Handle expense reimbursement reporting for senior leadership.
Manage merchandise, gifts and special projects.
Resolves and responds to administrative inquiries and questions.
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
Prepare weekly job status reports for leadership.
Manage client hospitality at major events, including coordination and overall experience for clients.
Assist with event calendar management, including major event calendar and coordination.
Attend and work select events, including working select nights, weekends and minor holidays as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff including upper management.
Strong customer service and networking skills.
Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events, talk and hear, occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
