REV Entertainment, the exclusive events company of the Texas Rangers, Globe Life Field, and Choctaw Stadium, is looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team.
In this role, you will support day-to-day human resources operations, including maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment efforts, and supporting key HR programs. The ideal candidate brings a broad understanding of Human Resources and will serve as a key liaison with our parent company’s HR department. This position supports critical HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance, while ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
This role requires a self-directed, organized professional who can work autonomously and efficiently to support the end-to-end execution of REV Entertainment’s HR processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, assisting with candidate evaluations, and facilitating hiring processes.
Partner with supervisors and management to update job descriptions.
Administer benefit programs, including enrollment processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct new hire orientations, manage onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee knowledge of HR policies and workplace practices.
Prepare, analyze, and submit reports related to HR activities and metrics.
Assist with ad hoc HR projects, including employee feedback initiatives.
Travel occasionally to other properties to support onboarding and HR needs.
Provide support for additional HR functions as required.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
Minimum of three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Working knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and HR best practices.
Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries strongly preferred.
Proficiency with HRIS systems required; Workday experience preferred.
Strong familiarity with sourcing tools, including resume databases and online recruiting platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Professional presentation, appearance, and strong work ethic.
