The Cleburne Railroaders are hiring Stand Supervisors to lead day-to-day operations at our concession stands during home games and special events. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership experience in food service or customer-facing roles who are passionate about teamwork, efficiency, and delivering excellent guest service. As a Stand Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining inventory levels—all while helping fans enjoy a top-notch ballpark experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Supervise and lead a team of concession stand employees (cashiers, cooks, runners, etc.).

  • Oversee stand setup, food prep, and break down before and after events.

  • Ensure accurate credit card handling and adherence to POS procedures.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards.

  • Train and coach team members to uphold high-quality service and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and report supply needs to Concessions Manager.

  • Resolve customer service issues quickly and professionally.

  • Communicate with upper management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth stand operations.

  • Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have current TABC Certification and a Food Handler’s License.

  • Prior experience in concessions, food service, or hospitality required; supervisory experience preferred.

  • Basic math and cash-handling skills; experience with POS systems a plus.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the Cleburne Railroaders season.

  • Fast-paced stadium environment during games and events.

  • Exposure to food preparation areas, outdoor temperatures, and high noise levels.

  • Frequent standing, bending, stooping, carrying, sitting, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
