The Cleburne Railroaders are seeking reliable and energetic Club & Picnic Buffet Attendants to deliver exceptional hospitality in our Classic Club and Picnic Plaza group areas. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience by ensuring food and beverage stations are fully stocked, well-presented, and efficiently maintained throughout each event. Ideal candidates are service-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Read and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s).
Provide excellent customer service to guests for all picnics.
Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring that all needs are anticipated and met.
Set up and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations.
Maintain and inventory for both food and beverage stations.
Maintain all event areas and front of house staging areas in a tidy and organized manner.
Participate in both setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years old and have current TABC Certificate and Food Handler’s License.
Must be detail oriented to ensure that work is accurate and complete.
Employees may also be exposed to weather of varying degrees for extended periods of time while performing the duties of this job.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays during the Railroader’s season.
Frequent standing, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, sitting, and reaching. Must able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 30 lbs.
