The Kane County Cougars are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Suite Runners to join our Food & Beverage team for the baseball season. As a Suite Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our suite guests receive prompt, professional, and high-quality service. This position is responsible for delivering food and beverages to suites, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting suite attendants throughout events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen to assigned suites in a timely and organized manner.

  • Assist suite attendants in maintaining inventory, replenishing supplies, and resetting suites between events.

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and suite attendants regarding special requests or order adjustments.

  • Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including food carts, hallways, and kitchen staging areas.

  • Ensure all deliveries meet company presentation and quality standards.

  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and beverages.

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and responsive service to enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.

  • Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bending, reaching, and lifting; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
