ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Manage and support onboarding process for new hires

• Participate in the development of orientation materials and training curriculum

• Serve as a liaison between department managers/supervisors and employees regarding personnel matters

• Assist in managing staff schedule, payroll and game day operations

• Support the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and internet software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously against tight deadlines.

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff throughout the organization.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Detail oriented.

• Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.

• Initiative and has a hardworking, positive attitude.

• Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 6-8 hours.

• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat cold and rain.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
