The Cleburne Railroaders are looking for a Marketing Intern to join the team! The Marketing Intern plays a key role in capturing an energetic, memorable game-day experience. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fun for every fan organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Capture and edit exciting content in multiple formats (photography, videography, etc.)
Serve as a visible and enthusiastic ambassador for the team both in the ballpark and in the community.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth creation of content.
Bring high energy and a positive attitude to everything you do, whether it’s tabling events, fan engagement, game-day responsibilities, etc.
Be willing and available to assist on game days and at outside events.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry.
Experience in content creation.
The ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events.
Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports.
Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
Ability to conduct self professionally both in personal appearance and attitude.
Be available and present for all home games and team events.
