Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including product ordering, receiving, distribution, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision. This role ensures all event-related storage and stocking needs are met efficiently while maintaining sanitation standards and accurate records.
This role pays an hourly rate of $32.00 CAD

Responsibilities
- Manage the ordering, receiving, distribution, and tracking of all venue products.
- Ensure purchase orders, requisitions, and inventory records are accurate and properly maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all warehouse and storage areas.
- Supervise part-time warehouse staff; oversee event lay-ins, requisitions, post-event breakdowns, and returns.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality; ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of items.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels for each event; monitor rotation and product integrity.
- Oversee product transfers between departments and complete associated documentation.
- Perform and oversee maintenance and cleaning of all warehouse and utility equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is stored, operational, and located per event manifests.
- Conduct end-of-day walkthroughs to confirm sanitation and operational readiness.
- Act as opening or closing manager on duty for warehouse operations.
- Support Premium Services and Concessions event operations as needed.
- Evaluate and document warehouse employee performance, including reviews and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
- Right to work legally in Canada.
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Forklift certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including co-workers, customers and management which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to make sound business/operations decisions.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Solid working knowledge of computer applications: Microsoft office, POS systems, timekeeping system.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concessions locations: geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.
- Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc. pertaining to venue concession operations.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
