Overview
The Utility Worker/Customer Service Support will perform a variety of tasks to ensure that both the Concessions and Premium department run smoothly; including but not limited to maintaining the employee laundry room, assisting with check-in, and providing support with the implementation of unit's Customer Service Program.
The Utility Worker/Customer Service Support must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need, as well as some non-event days.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00-$14.00

Responsibilities
- Listening to and responding to customer requests or concerns, including internal and external.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace which consists of laundered uniforms, towels, table skirts and aprons.
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Assist with promotional game day event items such as Educational Days, Group Vouchers, and other Homestand Specials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 or over.
- Three or more months’ experience in food service industry preferred.
- Previous customer service training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
