Overview
As a Ticket Seller Supervisor, you will oversee the ticketing operations for various events, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing ticket sellers, resolving issues, helping with customer escalation, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to ensure a positive experience for all event attendees and part time employees. Ability to work flexible schedule based on events, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00

Responsibilities
- Supervise Ticketing Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Call Center and/or event ticketing team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Train, and supervise ticket sellers and Call Center agents, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of funds received from ticket sales, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Oversee daily Broadway exchanges and ensure that proper payments are collected.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure ticket sellers and Call Center agents are following procedures and providing excellent service.
- Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively, resolve any issues that arise during events, ensuring minimal disruption. Quickly deescalate problematic phone conversations while ensuring a resolution.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Data Research: Aide in providing data and research for various projects assigned.
- Donor Relations: Work directly with our Premium Seat Coordinator to help major donors of Tanger Center with seat exchanges or additional ticket purchases.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Ticketmaster Host and Archtics.
- At least 1-year supervisor experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with the public.
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
