Overview
The Suites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing suite-level food and beverage operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience for VIP clientele, and managing suite attendants during events. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event driven schedule including nights and weekends per business needs.
This role pays an hourly rate of $23.00 to $27.00

Responsibilities
- Supervise the suites staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between suite guests, kitchen staff, and suite attendants.
- Monitor food and beverage presentation, replenishment, and overall quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and overall cleanliness of the suites.
- Train and mentor suite attendants to enhance service quality.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with ordering suite-level supplies.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Suites Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Ability to obtain or Possess valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness or equivalent, and ability to obtain a non-gaming work card (Sheriff's Card)
- Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS system is required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, push, reach, and lift heavy objects during stocking.
- This role may involve performing physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.
- The position requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings.
