Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing suite-level food and beverage operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience for VIP clientele, and managing suite attendants during events. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event driven schedule including nights and weekends per business needs.
This role pays an hourly rate of $23.00 to $27.00

Responsibilities
Supervise the suites staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company standards.
Act as the primary liaison between suite guests, kitchen staff, and suite attendants.
Monitor food and beverage presentation, replenishment, and overall quality.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
Assist with setup, breakdown, and overall cleanliness of the suites.
Train and mentor suite attendants to enhance service quality.
Conduct inventory checks and assist with ordering suite-level supplies.
Maintain a high level of communication with the Suites Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
