Overview
The Suites Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support at Dickey-Stephens Park, home of the Arkansas Travelers.

Responsibilities
- Assists with preparations for the new season – including but not limited to training, database review, information management, suites tasting event and data entry for accounts.
- Assists with processing luxury suite menus.
- Assists with compilation of pre- and post-game day notes and reports.
- Works directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish levels of service for game day.
- Assists with development and compilation of game day information.
- Assists with the breakdown and processing of all post-event information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Completion of some college coursework, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior food/beverage service experience is required.
- Computer skills are required.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Prior guest relations/service experience is preferred.
