Overview

The Suite Runner is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. The Suite Runner must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner. 
 

The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. 

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $24.00-$25.00.

Responsibilities

  • Assists and oversees all food and beverage requirements pertaining to Suite Catering Orders. 
  • Assists with the ordering, receiving, and inventory of all accountable items. 
  • Ensure adequate storage of product by continual supervision of stock levels. 
  • Ensure quality products are delivered in a fresh and timely manner as guided by management. 
  • Works in conjunction with Suite Staff & Kitchen Personal department. 
  • Ensure that proper grooming and sanitation procedures are followed. 
  • Supports event schedules and assignments based on business demands. 
  • Ensure Customer Service, complies with standards of service. 
  • Establish and Maintain positive client relationships. 
  • Maintain a professional work ethic. 
  • Able to work irregular hours as dictated by event schedule, including, nights, weekends and holidays. 
  • Provide the highest customer service excellence. 
  • Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (including other departments). 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, and guests. 
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English. 
  • A true spirit of hospitality, relationship building and an ability to have fun at work in a live-event driven environment. 
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. 
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain valid food handling certificate. 
  • Ability to meet the company standard of excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
