Overview
The Suite Runner is responsible for assisting suite servers with running food, beer/ wine to suites and helping assist Pantry Coordinator with getting food ready and out on time to customers. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work long hours if needed or when business needs dictate.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $12.00 to $13.00.

Responsibilities
Must demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in customer service, interacting with guests in a friendly and fast manner; ensuring guests complete satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibly serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with Company, Federal, State, and local policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
Working in a team environment with the ability to be a team player.
Assures and maintains cleanliness of Suites Pantry and surrounding areas throughout the day.
Maintain sanitation and safety standards at work.
Must check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Refusing to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age or have an expired ID.
Request additional product or restock product as required
Other duties as assigned such as set-up of the suites and assisting with organization of the coolers and prep areas.
While performing the duties of this position, the team member is standing the entire shift.
