Overview
The Suite Attendant assists the Suite Captains in providing Suites guests with a pleasant experience. The Suite Attendant is primarily responsible for setting the suite up with appropriate preordered and complimentary food and beverage items and serving equipment before the guests arrive. Following the event the Suite Attendant will clear away any remaining food and equipment restoring the Suite to prevent condition. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15 - $17, plus tips.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Suite Captain in serving meals to guests in the suites.
- Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
- Responsible for presenting the dessert cart at each suite during events.
- Responsible for cleaning up remaining food product and equipment after the guests have left.
- Responsible for keeping the Suite work areas and equipment clean.
- Responsible for setting up the Suite with preordered and complimentary food and beverage product and required serving equipment.
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
