Overview
A server assists in preparing for the event, serving and bussing at the event, and cleaning up after the event.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.

Responsibilities
- Help set the tables.
- Clean and arrange work stations, chairs, and table pieces.
- Set up drink stations.
- Preset butter, salads, dressings, and desserts.
- Serve meals to customers or direct customers to buffets.
- Refill all drinks and beverages.
- Refill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, and condiment containers.
- Observe customers to find out if anything else is needed.
- Determine when the meal and beverages have been finished.
- Remove and replace table linens and service settings as required.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables and take them to the kitchen or bus station.
- Clean server alley and event room.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to provide excellent friendly service to all patrons.
- Must be sure that all details of the job are performed and work is accurate.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Ability to handle and move objects.
- Must be able to lift heavy trays.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of providing special services to customers based on their needs.
- Work experience in events, banquets or restaurants is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
