Overview
The Senior Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing an assigned level of the stadium globally, including various concessions bars, stands, and portable food & beverage locations. In addition to managing operations, the Senior Concessions Supervisor will oversee and support Concessions Supervisors, ensuring efficient performance, training, and problem-solving while providing first-class guest experience.
This role requires a personable and adaptable leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The Senior Concessions Supervisor will assist the Concessions Management team with projects as assigned, including, but not limited to: training, inventory, upholding sanitation requirements and working special events. Maintaining excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events as needed is essential.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $24.00 to $26.00.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing an assigned level of the stadium.
- Maintain inventory of store rooms throughout assigned level.
- Ensure assigned level exceeds sanitation expectations.
- Assist concessions supervisors during load-in process and during events to ensure first-call guest experience.
- Set-up of all concessions locations prior to start of event, which includes: verifying opening inventory, assigning duties to concession workers (employee/volunteer), ensuring sanitation standards are met, checking food and beverage production meets projected event needs.
- Requisitions and stocks all food and beverage products and supplies needed for assigned locations.
- Train and coach new & current employees on standard operation procedures in the concessions area.
- Provide back-up to any open position to ensure the concession location is fully operational.
- Ensures that company standards pertaining to speed of service and guest satisfaction are met.
- Ensure the work environment is safe and free from harassment or discrimination; immediately address all safety concerns, potential hazards, accidents or incidents. Relays safety/health issues to management immediately.
- Provide on-going constructive feedback to concessions staff and volunteers.
- Adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, escalating to management or security when needed.
- Responsible for assisting guests with their concessions transactions via our Point of Sales system.
- Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment items, and performs all closing duties at the end of shift.
- Enforces all company policies and procedures.
- Assists Management team with projects including training, inventory and special events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At Least 1-3 years’ experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to supervise the work of others.
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit.
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the events schedules and business needs.
- Possess valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness or equivalent, and ability to obtain a non-gaming work card (Sheriff's Card)
