EVENTS BY RHC is a boutique off-premise caterer based in New York City. Inspired by international cuisine, modern dining and exceptional service, we proudly bring a modern take to event dining. The brand is based on knowledgeable and passionate people offering impeccable service, deliciously different menus and a creative culture. We are currently seeking a indiviual to support our Sales and Production team.
This role pays an hourly rate of $28.00 to $30.00

This position will remain open until November 21, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Print and assemble event binders
- Print and pack menus for events
- Pack and organize staff uniforms
- Maintain event signage (cleaning, storing, organizing)
- Charge and pack communication radios
- Initiate Run of Show documents by inputting concrete timing details (e.g., staff arrivals, deliveries)
- Coordinate with the warehouse on pack-outs and schedule deliveries
- Ensure all Tao events from Tripleseat are reflected in RHC’s Tripleseat system (process to be implemented)
- Run weekly reports on event status updates (to compensate for reduced CX functionality)
- Manage the front office calendar
- Maintain the Definite Event Calendar
- Provide initial responses to Chelsea Square venue wedding inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Sales PO processing
- Prepare and run sales reports from Tripleseat (e.g., inquiry/conversion metrics) in advance of sales meetings
- Maintain and update the venue database (contacts, pricing, guest counts) and coordinate updates with the Marketing team to ensure website accuracy
- Provide weekend support as needed based on business demands
- This is an on-premise position
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in the catering or hospitality field (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Associate degree (preferred but not required)
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively
