Overview
The Sales Office Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of OVG's Premium teams' office so the team can operate with better organization, coordination, and efficiency. Provide administrative, logistical, and meeting support that helps Sales Performance, Revenue Marketing, Revenue Systems & Data, and Strategic Growth stay focused on priority work.
This role pays an hourly rate $23.50 - $29.40

This position will remain open until November 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office operations, organization, logistics, and administrative needs.
- Assist with meeting preparation, room setup, scheduling support, agendas, materials, and follow-up logistics.
- Support document organization, shared folders, internal trackers, templates, and administrative workflows.
- Assist with team travel coordination, expense support, onboarding logistics, and internal events as needed.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and collaborative office environment.
- Support leadership and functional teams with administrative tasks that help the team operate more efficiently.
- Help coordinate office visitors, interns, new hires, and team-wide activities.
- Assist the Team Enablement Specialist with Asana, internal communication, contracts, and team process support where appropriate.
- Assist the Sales Performance and Revenue Marketing teams with various tasks, including but not limited to contract creation and distribution.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional coordination and office experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven track record of organization and office coordination.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
