Overview

The Sales Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting outreach efforts for premium sales across all arenas. Working as part of the business intelligence team, the goal is to design and execute sales and service cadences in Outreach to supplement all sales efforts of premium inventory at all arenas.  This position develops sales campaigns and assists in lead generation and scoring, beginning the sales process for current leads.

This role pays an annual salary of $60,000-$70,000.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and service cadences in Outreach to generate revenue on behalf of venues and arenas in the Oak View Group portfolio
• Assist in developing creative and copy for sales cadence touchpoints.
• Communicate with sales representatives on Outreach processes and cadences
• Assist with developing sales and service campaigns for premium products
• Assist in developing lead generation campaigns and drip marketing efforts. Work with Marketing teams to create awareness campaigns and re-engage dormant leads
• Take dormant leads through sales process and engage prospects.
• Support report generation needs in Salesforce and Outreach
• Support and maintain data hygiene and data architecture between Outreach and Salesforce
• Other Salesforce assistance as needed

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Highly analytical, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities and consistently meet hard deadlines
• Desire and willingness to learn
