Overview
The suite and restaurant Runner will assist in providing Suites and Restaurant guests with a pleasant experience. The Runner is primarily responsible to deliver food to the guests in the Restaurant and Suites. Following the event the Runners will help clear equipment and left over food from the Suites and Restaurant and stock condiments to get ready for the next event. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.35 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
- Assists the supervisors and managers in serving meals to guests in the suites and restaurant.
- Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
- Responsible for presenting the dessert cart at each suite during events.
- Responsible for cleaning up the remaining food product and equipment after the guests have left.
- Responsible for keeping the suite and restaurant work areas and equipment clean.
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred
- Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.
- The ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
- Experience working in a restaurant as a bus person or similar capacity is preferred.
