Overview
As a Restaurant Host, you'll be responsible for greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth flow of service. You’ll work closely with servers, bussers, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience from the moment they walk in the door.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests promptly and courteously as they arrive
Manage reservation system and walk-in seating
Maintain an organized waitlist and provide accurate wait time estimates
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or takeout orders
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the host stand and entryway
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Monitor dining room flow and assist in table turnover when needed
